Consulting and design role with George Lucas’ THX Ltd. to re-launch their online presence with a fresh look and streamlined experience.
Working with a small and talented team of designers and engineers, we defined an updated product strategy, information architecture, SEO, brand identity & visual design. Our team delivered a competitive and much-improved product within the company’s aggressive timeline.
We worked closely with the client team and company stakeholders to uncover existing problems. We uncovered painpoints and discussed different ways to solve the problem. Here's a glimpse at the process:
STAKEHOLDER INTERVIEWS / MIND MAPS
Our team workshopped with the client and we ideated around user goals and what features this product should include. As a group we used mind-mapping and card-sorting exercises to refine the features into logical groups. With this information we then started process flow diagrams, sitemapping, and wireframing.
